Processing and Dispatch Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of placing your order.
Peak Periods: During holidays or periods of high volume, please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse, please refer to the following national and international shipping time averages:
- United States (US): 2–14 business days
- Canada (CA): ~7 business days
- United Kingdom (UK) & Euro Area: 7–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–15 business days
Priority Shipping & Handling
We offer a Priority Shipping and Handling option at checkout. Please note that this option does not mean faster shipping speeds. Instead, it acts as comprehensive delivery protection. If your package is lost during transportation (and is not marked as "delivered" by the carrier), we will fully refund your order and reship it to you, essentially giving you the items for free.
Important Shipping Notices
Please keep the following variables in mind when calculating your delivery window:
- No Refrigeration Required: Our probiotics are formulated to remain stable during transit and do not require refrigeration while being shipped to you.
- Remote Locations: Orders shipped to islands and remote rural areas may require an additional 3–5 working days for delivery.
- Peak Season Deliveries: In peak periods, please allow for an extra 3 business days for delivery on top of the standard estimates.
- Customs & Clearance: All listed shipping times strictly exclude any unforeseen customs or clearance delays.
